Octavoadsglobal Pvt. Ltd. (“Octavo Ads”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Fitness Tracker mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the App. By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Fitness & Activity Information: Depending on the features you use, the App may collect or process steps and physical activity, distance traveled, workout information, exercise duration, calories burned or estimated calorie expenditure, weight and height, fitness goals, heart rate or other fitness measurements where supported, sleep or rest information where supported, and other fitness information entered or generated through the App.
Account Information: Depending on the features available, the App may collect email address, username, user ID, and authentication identifiers associated with supported sign-in providers.
Device & Technical Data: We may collect device model and manufacturer, operating system and version, app version, device identifiers and advertising IDs, IP address, approximate location derived from IP or network information, crash logs, diagnostic information, and device performance information.
Usage Information: We may collect information about features used, workout and activity sessions, session duration, app interactions, and technical errors or crashes.

4. Health and Fitness Information
Some information processed by the App may relate to your health, physical activity, or fitness. Such information is used to provide the functionality of the App and is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services. Fitness calculations, calorie estimates, activity measurements, and other statistics may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon for medical decisions. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice or health-related decisions.
5. Device Health Platforms
Where supported, the App may integrate with device health or fitness platforms, such as Google Health Connect or similar services. If you choose to connect such a service, information may be accessed or exchanged according to the permissions you grant. You can manage or revoke these permissions through your device or the applicable health platform settings. We do not access health or fitness information from connected services unless the relevant permission has been granted by you.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services, including advertising, analytics, authentication, crash reporting, and technical service providers.
These services may include Google / Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Health Connect where supported, Unity Ads where used, and other analytics, advertising, authentication, or technical service providers used by the App.
Third-party providers may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party providers.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Fitness or other personal information may be shared only where reasonably necessary to provide App functionality, operate technical infrastructure, provide analytics or crash reporting, display and measure advertising where applicable, prevent fraud or security abuse, comply with legal obligations, or respond to valid legal requests. We do not use fitness information to make medical diagnoses.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App’s functionality, maintain security, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your personal information as described below.
9. User Rights & Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of the App by contacting r@octavoads.com. Use the subject line “Delete My Data – Fitness Tracker”. After verification, applicable personal information and account data will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security or legal purposes. If you have connected the App to a third-party health platform, you may also need to revoke access through that platform’s settings.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
