4. Document Processing
Files selected by you may be processed locally on your device or through third-party services where required to provide a particular conversion feature. Where files are transmitted to a third-party processing service, they may be temporarily processed for the requested operation. We do not sell your documents or their contents. Users should avoid uploading documents containing highly sensitive information unless necessary for the requested functionality.

These services may include Google / Firebase, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and other analytics, advertising, or technical service providers used by the App.

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of the App by contacting r@octavoads.com. Use the subject line “Delete My Data – PDF Converter”. After verification, applicable personal data will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security or legal purposes.

The App is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
